Come and join in!

If you’re ready to go but you’d like some extra support, sign up for our zoom meetings at 5pm on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

If you can’t make those times you can sign up for recordings. Or how about a daily text message to help keep you on track?
